Shrine Mont 2024 !
Emmanuel + more than 50 others from 6 churches
went to “A Place Apart”
There were lessons on the canticles, Morning Prayer, Compline, chanting and singing, crafts, swimming, hiking to the cross, following the labyrinth, and great food!
Although there were many planned activities, above all, there was ample time for quiet and rest.
Church Facelift 2023 !
With Vestry approval, and under the leadership of our Junior Warden Beth Wilbanks and her husband Bob, the church has undergone an extensive re-painting and is now finished!!
What you see here is the labor intensive preparation that began earlier this year, removing ALL layers of leathered paint down to the original wood. This includes all surfaces on the sides and the back of the church that were not painted in the last two years.
